Contact Lens Specialist

Aimee joined North Texas Eye Center in 2020 as a Contact Lens Technician. She began her career in 2002 as an Ophthalmic Technician, giving her over 20 years of experience in the eye care field. Aimee is committed to staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in lens technology and eye care. She pursues continuing education opportunities and certifications to enhance her skills and knowledge.  She is a certified fitting expert in Zen Lens Scleral, Synergeyes Hybrid, and VS Scleral lenses. She is proficient in fitting RGP, multifocal, and toric contact lenses.  She enjoys complex cases and the satisfaction of providing patients with the optimal lenses for a happy life.  Aimee works at both the Plano and Lewisville locations.

Gina Pham, M.D.

Dr. Pham is a proud DFW native who is excited to return home and provide exceptional eye care to her community. She graduated with honors from The University of Texas at Austin before earning her medical degree and completing her ophthalmology residency at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston. Training in one of the nation’s leading medical institutions, located in the world’s largest medical center, has provided her with extensive hands-on experience in managing a diverse range of ocular conditions.

Dr. Pham offers comprehensive eye care with a special interest in cataract surgery, diabetic retinopathy screening, and glaucoma management. She is passionate about providing personalized, high-quality eye care and is committed to ensuring that each patient receives the attention they deserve.

An active member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and the Texas Ophthalmological Association, Dr. Pham is dedicated to ongoing professional development. When she’s not practicing medicine, she enjoys baking, traveling, spending time with loved ones, and pampering her Alaskan Malamute, Lexi.

Lewis Jacob Frazee, M.D.

Dr. Frazee founded the North Texas Eye Center in 1981. He has been taking care of patients in the Plano area for over 30 years and was voted by his peers as one of Collin County’s Best Doctors in 2011,2012, and 2013. Dr. Frazee instituted an additional clinic in Lewisville in 2003. He continues to serve his patients in both locations. Dr. Frazee completed his residency at the Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Chicago, Illinois. He earned his Master of Science degree in physiology and biophysics and his Medical Doctorate at the University of Louisville School of Medicine. He graduated with a bachelor degree in chemical engineering. Dr. Frazee is married to Paulette and they have two children, Sarah and Laura. He is a computer guru at heart and enjoys building computers and working with technology.

Ellen Ngo, M.D.

Board-certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology

Dr. Ngo joined North Texas Eye Center in 2015 after completing her ophthalmology residency at Harvey and Bernice Jones Eye Institute at the University of Arkansas Medical Sciences in Little Rock. During her time in Arkansas, the Eye Institute awarded her the chief resident of the year honor. Dr. Ngo earned her Medical Doctorate at Texas A&M University College of Medicine. She graduated with honors from The University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology with a concentration in Immunology and Pathology. She has been a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, American Medical Association, and Texas Medical Association. Dr. Ngo is a published author with contributions in multiple journals such as Investigative Ophthalmology and Visual Sciences, Clinical and Experimental Ophthalmology and the Canadian Journal of Ophthalmology. She has a particular interested in cataract surgery and treatment of various retinal disease. She and her husband, David, enjoy creating experiences with their two young children and two golden doodles. Her hobbies include running, traveling, and exploring nature.

Skye Johnson

Office Administrator

Skye graduated from high school with honors and attended Collin County Community College. She has been with North Texas Eye Center since 1997. Having started as a technician, Skye has learned every aspect of the business and her knowledge and commitment has resulted in her promotion to the role of Office Administrator in 2010. She is married and has two children.
