I am deeply saddened and sorry to learn of Dr. Passmore’s passing. As a new patient, I had my first appointment with him on October 15th. It’s hard to believe he is gone. He was very kind, calm, listened attentively, examined my eyes with patience, and provided treatment. My deepest condolences go out to his family. Rest in peace.

I am deeply saddened by the passing of Dr. Passmore. He was a wonderful doctor, and always presented himself in a quiet, but professional manner. Considering my vision situation, Dr. Passmore always answered my questions, along with signing any documents me to continue using DART transportation, such as Uber and DART Paratransit services. I was so very sad to hear about Dr Passmore. He was always kind and had a genuine smile. You could tell he had a good heart and gentle spirit. He is missed!
